Invoice for toner we never ordered with wrong title on it

We got an invoice in the mail from this company at P.O. Box 4144 in Diamond Bar, CA. It was for two toners at $996.00 plus shipping and handling of $65.54, so the total was $1,061.54. We never ordered any toners from them.

The weird thing is they had our address and phone number right, but they got the title of our organization wrong. And they sent it to a specific person who does work here, which was strange. I don't know how they got that name. We didn't pay anything, but it's annoying to deal with. The phone number on it was (442) 666-4281.
