Letter about chargeback dispute that didn't show in portal

We got this letter in the mail about a charge back dispute. I have several merchant accounts we use for credit and thought it was weird I didn't get an email about it since mail is so unreliable.

The thing is, they had some of my account info right, but when I looked in my chargeback portal, the dispute wasn't there like the others are. So I googled the phone number on the letter, (800) 443-4651, and it came up as a scam. I also called the real support number we have on file with our processing vendors just to double check, and yeah, it's not legit.

I didn't call them back or respond or anything. Just tossed it.
