Someone sent $4,000 donation then wanted $2,000 back

This guy sent a $4,000 donation to our charity. Then he said he was only approved to send $2,000 and we needed to send $2,000 back before he got in trouble.

The address on it was PO Box C, Indianola, MS 38751. That was the only info we had.

It didn't make sense that someone would donate money and then ask for half of it back. We didn't send anything.
