Unauthorized charge on my card from Polra Fashion

I saw a charge on my card for 34.95 from Polra Fashion. I didn't order anything from them. I had to call my bank and stop it. There was another one a few days earlier that the bank also stopped.

I'm not sure how they got my card info. I just want this to stop. The bank took care of it both times but it's still annoying. I don't know anything about this company.
