Craigslist ad for shipping container took my money

I found a craigslist ad for a 20 Ft shipping container, new, for $2700.00. I emailed back and forth with a Bernard Jackman with Portbox Containers. They emailed me an invoice PDF. I went down to my local bank and had the payment wired.

After that there were a few back and forth emails changing the delivery date. Then the seller just stopped responding altogether. The shipping container was never delivered and my money has not been refunded. The website is portboxcontainers.com and the address listed is 1731 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98134. Phone number is (206) 671-5058.
