Ordered Power Blast Plus and got something different

My husband saw the ad for Power Blast Plus. I told him it looked sketchy to me, but he thought it was the answer to all our prayers. I ordered it for him, it cost $79.99. What we got was not what was advertised. It looks similar but definitely not the same as the description or the picture.

When I reached out about the 30 day money back guarantee, they said they would reimburse me $29.99 and not to return their product. Their refund policy does not cover shipping costs. I agreed to the $29.99 because if I send it back I'm paying shipping, they can charge a 15% restocking fee or reject the product and I get nothing.

Evergreen Summit LLC and Power Blast Plus should not be in business.
