Bank charge from Kelvishop I never signed up for

I checked my bank account today, 9-23-2026, and saw a charge I didn't recognize. It said PP*KELVOSHOP951-6338246 CALIF and it was for $39.99.

It shows Ponoma, CA as the address. I have no idea who these people are. I never bought anything from them or signed up for anything.

The charge just says on line. I want to know how they got my card info and I want my $39.99 back.
