Voicemail from Malik Davenport about a penny claim

I got a voicemail from someone named Malik Davenport saying he's with preligal investigations. He said there's a penny claim filed against me at his office and I need to call back or have my attorney call to avoid further actions today.

He left a number 4049072846 extension 405. He kept saying the law requires all parties be notified and he doesn't want me to be blindsided by events that may take place. It felt like a scare tactic.

I don't have any claim filed against me and I don't know who these people are. The whole thing just seemed off.
