Online order from August still not here

I placed a large order on the Prepared Pantry website on August 26, 2026 and I still have not received anything. I got one email in early September saying they were running behind and there was a delay. But they are still taking new orders on their site. Seriously?!

I emailed them and did get a response, but that was two weeks ago now. Still NOTHING. The address listed is N. Landmark Ln. Suite #1, Rigby, ID 83442 and I'm out $107.97.
