Their gift ad showed diecast metal but sent acrylic
Within an hour of ordering I realized something was off and tried to cancel. I sent multiple emails following the instructions on their website. They kept delaying by offering me discounts on the items instead of cancelling. This went on for three days. Then they said they couldn't cancel because it had already shipped.
They use fake AI images and descriptions for their gift items. I lost $40. I also see them selling on Facebook and Instagram.
