Ordered dachshund ornaments and got tiny plastic dogs

I ordered two sets of dachshund ornaments from Presentgivers.com. What they shipped me did NOT match the description at all. What I received are some tiny plastic dogs that are not ornaments. There is no way to hang them on a tree or use them for anything.

They will not refund the money I spent and they are forcing me to pay the shipping to send them back to another country. I lost $65.97 on this. Huge scam. Please help.
