Priceline changed my flights without asking and won't refund my money
I tried calling them at 1-800-774-2354 to figure out what happened and get my money back. That's $1500 I'm out now. They keep giving me the runaround and won't return it.
I even tried reaching out to someone at their address in Norwalk CT and sent an email to [email protected] but nothing. Just want my money back at this point.
Priceline booking that hotel never had
After being on the phone for 2 hours, Priceline said we canceled the reservation and made me pay a reinstatement fee since the hotel was non refundable. So I paid it. Then I called the hotel again and they still did not have the booking.
I also have this email [email protected] and a number 1(844) 660-3555 that came up with all this. Lost $125 over a room that was never there.
