Sconces from pridola.com and a magazine charge I never asked for

I ordered sconces from pridola.com and they didn't work out. You have to get "approval" to return them but they just string you along. They respond to my emails but never actually give the approval for the return. I've sent multiple emails and got no resolution.

And today they charged me $29.99 for a pridola magazine that I did not order. I found out on social media that this is a common scam the company pulls on people.
