Two dresses came wrong from prima-notte.com and they won't refund
So I emailed [email protected] and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures showing both items were incorrect. They came back and offered me store credit. I said no. Then they offered more store credit. I said no again. I told them clearly I wanted a refund and I would send the items back.
Then they told me the items were on final sale and couldn't be refunded. That was not noted anywhere when I bought them. And they didn't mention it in their first two tries to give me store credit either. Young girls are ordering from this store and getting completely taken advantage of.
