Poor customer service. 9/23/2026 placed an order. I was overcharged. I have been trying since 9/23/2026 to get assistance for the $47.99 overcharge credit to be issued. Nothing! As of 10/13/2026 still No response to my over charge. And as of 10/13/2026 I have not received any product Many email have been sent but no response.

Facebook ad for Ceylon Cinnamon I never got

Saw a Facebook ad for Ceylon Cinnamon from Primal Remedies. So I ordered it. Money came out of my account, $40. Never got the product. Tried emailing them at [email protected]. No reply. The website is just a Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/PrimalRemedies/. Felt off after a while. Still nothing.

I was over charged and still no product after almost 1 month. No one at customer service. They give you a ticket # and tell you to reply at that address but no one responds. Very poor customer service.
