Ordered from Prime Hostilis and now they want more money

I ordered a product from their website primehostilis.com and paid 210 dollars. After I paid, he tells me they are backed up and won't ship till the end of the month. I was upset and asked for a refund.

Instead of a refund he gives me a fake tracking number on some website called meridian transit. Then he asked for another 100 dollars for a refundable insurance. I didn't pay that obviously. Just want my money back. The address they have is in Miami, FL. Their email is [email protected].
