Gaming site kept my winnings and never paid out

I've been playing on this gaming site Prime Lounge Gaming and on multiple occasions they failed to load my money onto the platform. Then I won a decent amount and they didn't pay me half of what I was owed. They never showed any proof of why either.

I'm out $2,500 total with these people. Their site says they're based in CA. I would strongly advise staying clear of them and their website.
