Card Member Services call led to a big charge
They told me the interest rate on my credit card was too high and that they could fix it for me within 6-9 months. Sounded good at the time. I ended up paying them $3,649.83. That was a lot of money for me.
I never got any proof they did anything. Now I'm out that money and my interest rate is still the same. The number they called from was (866) 978-0600 and they have a PO Box in Oviedo, FL. I just want people to know.
