Hotspot parking payment sent me to primedefender.com and asked for company card info

I paid for hotspot parking at 140 West Hastings and it just diverted me to primedefender.com. Then it asked me for my companies credit card information and my email address. I didn’t think much of it at first but when I wanted to cancel it asked for an invoice number which I didn’t have.

There’s no contact information anywhere to get a hold of them. No phone number or email or anything. So now I’m just stuck. I didn’t lose any money but it feels strange they wanted my company card info like that.

Parking app led me to a website I didn't mean to use

I was trying to use a parking app and the prime defender website popped up. I didn’t realize I was entering my debit info into a different website. I thought it was part of the pay to park.

Ended up losing $19.45. It just didn't feel right after I saw the charge. No company name on anything that made sense.

Charges on my card from a company I never heard of

I saw a charge on my credit card for 56 dollars from something called Primedefender.com. I have no idea who they are. I looked them up and it says they do cybersecurity but I never signed up for anything like that. I don't remember getting any service from them or even seeing that name before.

This was just listed as a transaction from them. I did not buy anything or agree to anything with this company. I want to know why they charged my card.
