Ordered a jacket and got a tracking number that never moves

I ordered a jacket from Primejackets.com and paid $99. They sent me a tracking number but it's fake. It says the label was created a month ago and it still says the same thing.

I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but nothing. The address they list is 7901 4th Street North St, St. Petersburg, FL. I just want my money back or the jacket I paid for.
