Final notice letter with a fake $199 check

I got a final notice letter in the mail about a private lender. There was a check inside for $199 labeled as an allocated waiver. The letter said I had to call within 7 days or the waiver would be revoked.

I called the number and they tried to scan me. I hung up right away.

The phone number was (800) 209-5527 and the address was Boca Raton, FL. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it.
