Call saying someone would serve me papers in an hour

I got a call from a processing service company saying someone would be serving me documents within an hour of the call. Then they connected me to a law firm. The law firm said I owed money from a payday loan tied to a bank account I never had. They also mentioned my personal ID, SS card, and bank account. They said I had an upcoming court date. The number was (916) 209-1882 and they said they were in Sacramento, CA. I didn't lose any money but it felt like a phishing thing.
