Game app closed my account after I tried to cash out
First it gave me a problem with verification. I finally got past that and then went to proceed with the cash out. They kept saying they had to verify and verify, and eventually it said my account had fraudulent activity and they closed my account. Now I don't have access to the money I made on the app. I lost 140 dollars total.
Then I went looking into it and a lot of other people have gone through the exact same thing. This game app wants you to play the games but they don't want to pay you the money you're owed. This company is a giant scam. I took a screenshot of the company and I'm attaching it. I have no idea why they have good ratings on Trust Pilot because this app is a complete scam.
App promised cash for game milestones then froze my cashouts
My first cashout was $17.61. It sat there for over a week and then just failed. No reason given. When I tried again, my account got restricted and cashouts were frozen. I had $128.95 in earnings showing as approved in the app.
I contacted support and they wouldn't give me any real details. Just kept saying fraud protection stuff. All my milestones show approved but they still won't pay. Feels like the app gets you to spend real money so they make affiliate money, then they block the payout.
