Phone call about a dunning notice delivery with photo ID request
Then she said I had to present a valid photo ID and that they needed to take interior and exterior photos of any vehicles in my driveway or on the property. She also said if me or my attorney had questions to call 518-249-5224.
I looked up that number and it seemed like a phishing scam so I blocked it and reported it as spam. Something about the whole thing felt off, nobody takes photos of your cars for a notice delivery.

Then she said if I miss it it will count as a direct refusal to comply and will result in a failed appearance. She told me to call the filing party at 518-861-3892 before she shows up. I didn't ask for any of this and I have no idea what a Dunning notice is. The whole thing just feels off. No company name on the voicemail except that proof serve processing thing.
