No delivery date after paying for propane tank
As of 10/13/26 I still have not gotten any delivery date. I tried reaching the seller and can't get anyone. Their phone is (501) 218-9328 and the address is 4509 W. Dixon Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206. I also emailed [email protected] and got nothing back.
I just want to know when my order is coming or get my money back.
Propane tank site wants wire transfer and no company name
I looked up the address they list, 4509 W Dixon Rd in Little Rock, AR, and it comes up as a different company called Chuck's Surplus. Then someone called me and asked for proof of the wire transfer.
I think this company is fraudulent. The phone number they use is (619) 606-9499 and their email is [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report this.
Tried to pick up a tank but no business at their address
I asked if I could just come to their place and buy it in person and pick it up myself. They said that was fine. So I drove out to the address they have listed, 4509 W Dixon Rd in Little Rock. There was no business there. Nothing.
So I called the seller back to try and get the correct address. They were really misleading on the phone, kept making excuses, and then just hung up on me. I tried calling back a few times but couldn't get through.
After that I called around to other propane suppliers just to check if this place was legit. A few of them said they've had other customers tell them the same kind of thing about getting misleading info from this same business.
