Check for $98 on my account with no description
I called the number the bank gave me and when they answered they just said customer service. I asked for the company name and I had never heard of it before. I told them what I was calling about and they said they would issue a credit for $200+ dollars, not even the amount the check was for.
I contacted the bank and now I'm having to close my account and open a new one. These things need to stop!
