Two months in a row they took payment

I ordered something from Prostaremed.com and I noticed two months in a row that they submitted for payment. I didn't authorize that. It was supposed to be a one time purchase. Now I'm out $250 and I can't get anyone to respond to me about it. I tried the help page on their site and got nothing back. I just want this to stop and I want my money back.
