Charged every month for a membership I never knew about
My husband was confined to a hospital bed during that whole time and he has since passed away. He wasn't in any condition to be signing up for things or understanding what he was doing. I really feel like he was taken advantage of. It makes me sick to think about it.
I finally got through to someone at the company and had them cancel the so called membership. They did cancel it but they wouldn't refund me. I want them to reimburse me for all the payments taken out from January through July of 2026. That money is gone and I need it back.
