Facebook ad said $8.99 shipping but bank shows two charges

I ordered a Trumps Coin from PROUDUSASHOP today, September 10th. I saw it on Facebook and it said you just pay shipping of $8.99.

Then I checked my bank and there are two charges pending. One for $29.85 and another for $54.83. That is not what I agreed to.

How can I stop this without going to my bank. This is not right.
