Free coin offer ended up charging my card more

I saw this offer for a free coin, just pay $8.99 for shipping. Sounded fine, so I went ahead and did it. I never got any email confirming the purchase or anything like that.

Then I checked my bank statement and saw a charge for $54.67 from PROUDUSASHOP.COM. That's way more than the $8.99 I agreed to. No coin, no confirmation email, just a bigger charge on my card.
