Letter saying final notice about my property with no warning

Got a letter in the mail marked as a "final notice" about the property at my home address. It said it was secured by my current lender "Provident Fndg Assocs Lp" and that they reserve the right to revoke some allocated waiver after 7 days regarding this service.

The thing is, the letter arrived on the seventh day. I never got any previous notification or warning about this. They're asking for $199.00 and the phone number on it is (888) 523-2836.

I don't know what this is about or why they waited until the last day to send this. Seems off.
