Ordered hearing aids but got a Temu headset instead

I ordered a Pryxo™ Bone Conduction Hearing Aids on Aug 1, 2026. Today I received from Temu a wireless music headset model BL11, not a Pryxo one.

I need to return it and have my account credited. I already contacted PayPal and they arranged for me to get $18.90 back from the seller. But still they send me the wrong item, this is a scam. Thank you, Alejandro Rivas.
