Woman took my phone and credit card for a reading

This woman came up to me out in the open. I didn't go to her for help. She targeted me and said she was a psychic and wanted to do a reading. It was really cheap so I just did it because she kept asking me. Then one thing led to another and she kept trying to get more money out of me. She ended up taking my phone and my credit card right out of my hand to make another payment go through when I wasn't even getting service.

Ever since I came across this woman my identity was stolen. I keep getting different charges in my accounts. It doesn't matter if I close them or open new ones. If I get new debit cards I still keep having people hack into my accounts. I had to lock my credit. Now I have a lot of banks open in case one gets hacked so I don't get stuck.

I also believe this woman is paying people to do real witchcraft on some of the women that come into her shop. Her number is (631) 601-4337 and she's at 738 Montauk Highway in Bayport NY. I lost $7000 from all of this.
