Website said $1 report then texted me a $35 a month charge
The landing page does say they will charge you $35 a month for two years, but I was on a search page and did not see that. It said it would give me a report for $1, and then it took time to load the "report." Then I had to enter my credit card information to see the "report," and it said they would text me a link to the report. Instead, they texted me a link to a site that said they will charge me $35 a month for two years.
I never received any report. The link did not go to a report about the property easement. They have a seal on all their web pages that makes them look official, but read the fine print and don't use them.
Site said it had info on my father but nothing came up
I went to the contact page and was supposedly transferred to a representative. That's when I found out I was being charged $35.00 just for signing up and a dollar fee for the report which said there were no results. If people read the information on their site they will not realize they are paying $35.00 each month.
I cancelled it immediately but am still going to be charged $36.00.
