Says I won money and a car but needs gift cards

A man called me from (816) 291-5924 and said I won $850,000 from Publisher’s Clearing House and a new car. He sounded real sure about it. Then he had me call another number, 660-225-1725 in Pearl City Oahu, HI, and talk to John Oee.

When I called John, he said they needed a gift card to register the win and the car. That didn’t make sense to me. I never gave them anything and I didn't lose any money, but I knew something was off. They kept pushing the gift card thing. I just hung up.
