Call saying I won $250,000 and wanted my license number

Someone called me saying I had won $250,000. He asked if I had received a phone call from Publishers Sweepstakes and said I probably missed it. Then he kept pushing me to give him my driver's license number to make sure they had the right person. He said his name was David Myers.

I asked him for proof he was legit. He told me to hang up and he would call me back. Right after, he video called me from [email protected]. His face was blocked out. He heard noise in the background at my house and asked if that was my husband, and it was. I asked where he was calling from because I could hear dogs barking. He said they were security dogs. I hung up right away.

The first call was at 2:02 pm. He called back from the same number at 2:13 pm. He spoke with an African accent. I just wanted someone to be aware of this.
