Sent my ID and social to someone claiming to be PCH

I got contacted by someone saying they were from Publishers Clearing House and that I won a prize. They told me they needed my ID and my social security number so they could pay off my credit card debt. I actually believed them and sent a picture of my ID and my SSN. I didn't do my research first, which I should have.

Usually my phone warns me if something is a scam but this time nothing popped up. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number was (646) 789-4262. They are in New York, NY. I lost about 199 dollars in all this. I feel really stupid about it now.
