Publishing Genie charged me for stuff I never got

I was dealing with Publishing Genie, which also goes by Techtale LLC, and they charged me $1,200 for things I never received. Every time I try to call them at (855) 524-0134, nobody answers.

They have lied to me over and over. I've tried reaching out through their website publishinggenie.com and email [email protected] too. Their address is 12100 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, CA.

I just want someone to actually respond and make this right. Please call for more information.
