PupDose keeps sending pills after I said no
I called them right away and told them I never ordered another 3 months. They said I checked a little box for an ongoing subscription. I told them I would never check a box letting them keep using my credit card. Then I looked at the copy of the form I sent in and there it was, a box with a pre-selected check mark already on it. I told the phone person it was a mistake and I would even mail it back. I also told her the product was not working like they claimed.
I took a picture of what was left from the first order plus the unopened package and said I would send them back. She has not responded to me since. I lost $185 to PupDose and I just want this fixed.
