Instagram ad using fake Clint Eastwood endorsement for Pure Lung

I saw this ad on Instagram and it had all these fake celebrity endorsements. Clint Eastwood, Sean Penn, stuff like that. They even used a fake Dr. Gupta from CNN. I mean, how is that even legal? I figured it was legit because of the doctor endorsement.

I spent $180 on this Pure Lung product. It was supposed to be some kind of breathing thing, I guess. After I ordered, I started thinking about it and realized there's no way Clint Eastwood is promoting this random supplement. The whole thing felt off.

I just don't understand how they get away with using AI to make these fake ads. I'm out the money and feel pretty stupid about it honestly.
