Cutting board order came with a subscription I never agreed to

I bought 2 cutting boards from purecut collective online. They charged me for the boards but then they also put a subscription on my card for 29.99 a month. I never signed up for anything like that. I didn't notice it for a whole year, which is on me I guess, but still.

I sent them written requests to cancel in June, July, and August. They just kept charging my card anyway. No one will help me. I finally had to cancel my credit card to make it stop. This company is based in Australia and I can't get any satisfaction from them. I'm out 360 dollars and they just don't care.
