Ordered once but now stuck in monthly subscription

I ordered a product and paid with my credit card. Then later I found out it's actually a subscription. So more shipments are going to keep coming. I tried to cancel but they just refuse to let me.

Now I have to get a brand new card because of this. A lot of people are complaining on their website reviews. Saying it's a scam. When you order you really don't realize you're signing up for monthly shipments. Scam!!!

Facebook ad for thyroid supplement turned into subscription I never signed up for

I saw an ad on Facebook for a thyroid supplement that was supposed to help my liver work better. I bought 3 bottles, and then they gave me a chance to buy 3 more at a discount. Paid with Shop. My order came from Wuhan, China. I ordered on 5/5/2026 and it got here on 5/19/26.

Then I got an email saying another order was coming because I had a subscription. I never signed up for that. I went online and canceled it before it shipped. After that, they kept emailing me trying to sell me more stuff. I used the product for 2 months and nothing changed with my health.

I asked for a refund. My order was $236.15. They only gave me back $47.23. So I lost $198.46. Total waste of money. Their refund policy is a joke. SCAM!!!

Subscription trick with Pureveen supplement for thyroid

I saw Pureveen on Facebook, it was advertised as a supplement for women with low thyroid issues. I checked and they also sell it on Amazon. They say it has a 90 day money back guarantee so I ordered a 90 day supply. Then they offer you a discount if you sign up for a subscription. You would think the subscription would be every 90 days but nope, they send a new 90 day supply every 4 weeks.

My first order was delayed by at least 2 weeks, and then they sent another one just 2 weeks later. By the time I got the email saying it was being prepared for shipping it was already on its way. I am only asking for a refund on that second shipment. They are really slow to respond and after more than 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they only offered me a 20% refund.
