Ordered one bottle and got charged for another
I immediately contacted their customer service to report it. They said they could not refund it. That they only had a 90 policy where you had to use it 90 days and then request a refund if you did not like the product. I tried to call their customer service number but it seems to be a fake number, +1 (307)4301147
Then while dealing with this they sent another bottle and charged me. I never signed up for a subscription! Only a one time purchase. So they owe me a refund for the damaged unusable bottle and for the one they sent without my approval. I don't know what else to do as I've not gotten anywhere with them. Thanks for your help.
They keep shipping Thyroid Balance I did not order
I've been emailing back and forth with [email protected] asking them to cancel any future orders. The person on the other end is not acknowledging my request at all. I have the emails to show it.
I'm disputing the $73.95 with my credit card company right now. Pureveen won't confirm they cancelled anything and it looks like they'll keep shipping and billing me for this product I don't want. Their number is (307) 430-1147 and the address I have is 3140 W. Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501.
Ordered once but now stuck in monthly subscription
Now I have to get a brand new card because of this. A lot of people are complaining on their website reviews. Saying it's a scam. When you order you really don't realize you're signing up for monthly shipments. Scam!!!

Then I got an email saying another order was coming because I had a subscription. I never signed up for that. I went online and canceled it before it shipped. After that, they kept emailing me trying to sell me more stuff. I used the product for 2 months and nothing changed with my health.
I asked for a refund. My order was $236.15. They only gave me back $47.23. So I lost $198.46. Total waste of money. Their refund policy is a joke. SCAM!!!
Subscription trick with Pureveen supplement for thyroid
My first order was delayed by at least 2 weeks, and then they sent another one just 2 weeks later. By the time I got the email saying it was being prepared for shipping it was already on its way. I am only asking for a refund on that second shipment. They are really slow to respond and after more than 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they only offered me a 20% refund.
