Charged monthly for a subscription I never signed up for

I made a one time purchase from Pureveen.com and they took it out of my debit account. Now they are charging me every month for a subscription I did not sign up for. The product does not even work.

I tried calling the phone number and it shows up as Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. I filled out a complaint on their webpage and never got any response. I cannot get a hold of anyone to stop them from sending me and charging me for something I did not order.

I paid $43.95 for this and they are really in China.

They won't let me cancel my order

I ordered something from Pureveen.com and now they won't let me cancel. I tried every avenue and it's a dead end. I called the phone number they have listed which is (307) 430-1147 and it goes to Yellowstone national park. That didn't make sense to me.

I also emailed them at [email protected] but got no real help. Just stuck. I can't get through to anyone and there's no way to stop the order. Total money lost is zero so far but that's not the point. I just want out of this and there's no way to do it.
