Water cooler order never showed up after 31 emails

I wanted to buy a water cooler with an ice dispenser so I googled it. Costco Wholesale showed up in the results and I clicked on it. It took me to a website called pylos.com. I printed the receipt and it even says Costco right on the receipt.

After about 3 weeks I went back to check on the order and it said if I had any problems to click the email. So I did. Now it's been 2 months and 31 emails going back and forth and still no water cooler.

I finally went to the Costco by my house and they told me that company was fraud. I'm out $69.99 and I still don't have my water cooler.
