Annual invoice for Quickbooks support that is not from Quickbooks

I got a bill from something calling itself QB Accounting Services. It says it's an annual charge for QB Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Payroll Services, Quickbooks Training, QuickBooks Solutions, instant support by certified expert, Cloud Computing, and a QB full-service Plan with dedicated expert. I use Quickbooks Desktop for my business, I'm a sole proprietor, and I pay a monthly subscription fee. The monthly fee is going up a lot on Oct 1, 2026 because they're trying to phase out the desktop version and push everyone to online.

I talked to the account representative and told him I had just paid $4,200 CDN on Jun 26, 2026 for the next year of data support. That's when it came out that this isn't legitimate. The phone number isn't affiliated with QB and neither is the email address. He told me to contact my credit card to issue a fraud dispute. Since 2021 I've paid over $15,000 total in annual renewal fees for this "support". I attached the 2024 form I got from them.
