Paid for 5 to 7 day shipping and still nothing a month later
Every time I try their tracking link it says information unavailable or that the tracking number doesn't exist. I've emailed support multiple times and nobody can tell me where the package even is. They also ignore the part of my emails about refunding the shipping fee I paid for 5 to 7 day delivery. At this point I just want a full refund.
