Products not as pictured and fabric was wrong
The only way to contact them is through email at [email protected]. There's a person named Tracy who answers but she takes like two days just to reply. And every email she sends basically says nothing so I have to write back again just to ask how I can return the stuff. It took three weeks to even get the items and now it's been a week since I first asked about returning. They still won't give me a return address or send a shipping label even though they sent the wrong stuff.
Ordered from qizicha.com and got something totally different
I spent $150 on this and they won't give me a refund. They also said I have to pay for shipping to send it back which is ridiculous. When I tried to talk to them about it they started using harassment tactics to try and get me to not return it. Just really shady all around.
