Qmee won't pay out my $5 after 20 days

I use Qmee to take surveys. You earn money for answering questions and giving up personal info for research. They say you can cash out any amount at any time, so I hit $5 and tried to send it to my PayPal.

The site gave me some kind of error and told me to open a support ticket. That was over 20 days ago. Every time I check they just say they're still working on it. No updates, nothing.

I gave them real information about me and my family for that money. They're taking Americans' info and not paying out.
