Mail about my EIN right after I filed my LLC

I filed for my LLC in South Carolina and then this came in the mail. It was supposed to help me get my EIN and I needed it so I made the payment. I didn't think twice because the timing was perfect.

I paid $185. That's what they wanted and I sent it through the QR code on the letter. The address on it was 6729 Two Notch Rd STE130M #272, Columbia, SC 29223.

It's scary how they knew I had just filed. Like they watch for it or something. I still don't have my EIN from them and I feel dumb for falling for it.
