Phone call about insurance and trying to collect money

I got a call from (423) 703-0726. They said something about insurance and then tried to get me to pay them money. It was quick quotes or something like that. The number is from Tennessee.

I didn't give them anything but it felt like identity theft stuff. They had no real reason to be calling me about insurance. Just wanted money.
